Shipping & Returns
National Shipping: All parcels are posted using Click & Send. This is the cheapest method available that includes your item being tracked aswell.$6 Regular Small, Flat Parcel option.
Please select this option for most of our flat small items. That can include Bibz, Blankies, Snappy Straps, Dummys and Clips, Hair Accessories etc.
If purchasing more than 2 Paci Plushies you will need to select the next postage option.
All Tickle Toys need to be posted in the large parcel option as they do not fit in the small satchels.
$10 - Large Parcel Option.
This is used for larger and heavier orders and you will be notified if the extra costs for this is required if you do not choose this option at check out.
Please choose this option if you are going to order 2 or more Wheat Bags, Tickle Sets, Cot Blankets or Tickle Balls & Cubes.
Please note:
Some of the shipping costs includes packaging materials, some items may cost more, for example the cost of tough bags etc plus other packaging materials used.
Please be aware that we also may use recycled packaging to be enviromentally friendly.
I do not charge a handling fee.
International Shipping:
If you live international and would like to make a purchase please contact me for a postage quote and with the items you wish to purchase.
Once your payment has been cleared goods will be dispatched in 1 - 5 days.
Returns:
Please remember that the majority of our products are handmade with love, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or the quality of the item(s) please contact us via email to sort out either an exchange or credit to our store. Each situation will be taken into account and reviewed for an outcome. The following conditions apply: * None of the items must be washed or used. * You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). * Items must not be an item from the seconds selection. * Postage is non refundable * Any items returned the shipping is at your cost.
